Delivery

At Assistive Power, we aim to fulfill orders within 2 business days. If there are any unexpected shipping delays, we'll make sure to notify you right away.

Every shipment comes with tracking information and requires a signature upon delivery. And to make things even easier, all orders come with complimentary shipping. Here's a look at the estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard Delivery: 7 days from the time of order placement.

It's important to note that these delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Assistive Power cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.

Returns 

Trial Return

If you want to return your trial unit, you must inform Assistive Power within 14 days of receiving it. The cost of returning the item to Assistive Power is your responsibility and should be done in accordance with our Returns Procedure.

Unwanted item

If you have an item that you no longer need, we're happy to provide a refund or exchange as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and it is in a condition suitable for resale. If the item is not in a resalable condition or the packaging has been damaged, we may refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original sale price from the refund. The cost of returning the product to Assistive Power is your responsibility and should be done in accordance with our Returns Procedure within 28 days.

Product with Defects - Within 28 Days

If you receive a product with defects or missing parts upon arrival, you must inform us within 28 days. The item should be returned according to our Returns Procedure. If the product is less than 28 days old, you have the choice of a refund or an immediate replacement. If our team determine that the returned product is not defective, it will be returned to you, and Assistive Power reserves the right to pass along any related costs.

Warranty claims - Over 28 Days

All products supplied by Assistive Power are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery (unless specified otherwise). This warranty does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accidents, negligence by you or any third party, improper use, failure to follow the manufacturer's or supplier's instructions, or any modifications or repairs performed without the written consent of Assistive Power. If the product is older than 28 days, we will examine it for defects. If the defect is confirmed, we will make every effort to repair the item. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same product. If replacement is not feasible, we will process a refund according to our refund policy. If our team determine that the returned product is not defective, it will be returned to you, and Assistive Power reserves the right to pass along any related costs.

Products Damaged On Arrival

If you suspect that the items you received from Assistive Power have been damaged during shipping, it is crucial to inform us within 7 days of receipt. It is advisable to indicate any visible damage on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery. The goods must be returned according to our Returns Procedure. After we receive the returned goods, we will assess them for any damage. If the damage is confirmed, we will either replace the item with the same one or provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy. If our trained technicians determine that the returned goods are not damaged, they will be returned to you, and Assistive Power reserves the right to charge you for these costs.

Extra Items Delivered

If you receive extra items by mistake, you must inform us immediately. The items must be returned according to our Returns Procedure. Failure to follow this procedure and being found with unpaid items will result in charges for the items.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide you with a return slip, which will have a return number and shipping address.

You must keep the goods in the same condition as when delivered until they are collected or returned by you. Pack the items in the original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the return number provided on the return slip. Returns without a clearly displayed return number may be refused. Return the parcel using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels in transit.

Refund Policy

If eligible, a refund will be made to the original payment method. Please notify us of any changes to your payment details. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
