You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. You will then receive an invoice that you must pay at the conclusion of the 14-day trial period if you wish to keep the Text2 Pen.

If you do not wish to keep the pens, please contact us prior to the end of the 14-Day trial period so that we can send you instructions on how to return the pens.

Please note, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping and needs to us a trackable service and using the instructions provided.
